On March 20, 2010, Tiffany and I did some head and face painting at a Saint Baldrick's Foundation ( http://www.stbaldricks.org/) fundraiser that was held at Papa Frank's Restaurant and Lounge in Broomfield http://www.papafranksbroomfield.com/ . We had a wonderful time there - the staff at Papa Frank's has such great comaraderie, which made the day all the more fun. The following pictures are of some of the people who got their heads shaved, and of some that had faces or heads painted.


Brandon is a golfer, so wanted a golf ball incorporated in his design. He's posing in front of the Bud sign because Tiffany mimicked the eagle in the design she painted on Brandon's head. Brandon is part of the Papa Frank's staff - a really nice guy.


Candice is another staff member at Papa Frank's. She is a wonderful young woman.
One of Dan's passions in life is taking cruises - he loves the islands, sea breezes, and all that. This day, he got to wear it on the outside of his head as well as on the inside of his head! He is part of the great staff at Papa Frank's.

These little guys were part of the large crowd that gathered for the event.

This was supposed to be a shamrock - it became a four-leaf-clover.

Kathy had never bared her head in public before this day. Tiffany told her how empowering the head painting had been for me and offered to paint Kathy's head. It was a monumental step, but Kathy was brave. Her headpainting turned out beautifully. We are so proud of her, and wish her the best in her lung cancer treatments. You go, girl!
 

Susie is part of the Papa Frank's staff. She is a tireless worker, and has a big beautiful smile all the while. She donated her hair to Locks of Love.
